Guides for every dealer workflow.

Step-by-step instructions for filing disputes, configuring your AI voice profile, and reading your response analytics. All three workflows, one page.

Workflow 1

How to file a dispute

Challenge a review directly from your reviews inbox. Every filing creates a timestamped audit trail that regulators can inspect.

  1. Go to your reviews inbox

Navigate to Dashboard → Reviews inbox (or open /dashboard/reviews). Every review your rooftop has received appears here, ordered by most recent.

  2. Open the review you want to challenge

Click a review row. At the bottom of the detail view you will see a "File dispute" button — visible only on reviews that have not already been disputed.

  3. Choose a dispute reason

Select the reason that best describes the violation: incentivized review, inauthentic/fake, wrong business, spam, or other. This becomes the regulatory category on your audit trail.

  4. Write a justification

In the justification field, explain in plain language why the review should be removed. If you have a deal jacket number, RO number, or CRM record that contradicts the review, reference it here.

  5. Attach evidence (optional)

Upload supporting files: images up to 20 MB, or documents (PDF, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, TXT) up to 50 MB. You can attach multiple files before submitting.

  6. Submit and track

Click "Submit dispute". The filing is timestamped server-side and enters the audit log immediately — it cannot be edited after submission. Go to /disputes to see all your filed disputes. Use the status filter chips (Submitted, Under Review, Resolved, Rejected) to narrow the list. Click any row to read the full audit timeline in chronological order.

Workflow 2

Completing voice setup

The voice profile is a one-time, three-step wizard that teaches Curbmark how your dealership writes. After setup, every AI-drafted reply sounds like your team — not generic GPT.

  1. Open Voice setup

Go to /onboarding/voice (reachable from Dealer → Dashboard in the top nav, then the Voice profile card). If you have already run the wizard, it pre-fills your saved preset and snippets.

  2. Step 1 — Pick a tone preset

Choose the preset closest to how your BDC actually writes: Formal (structured, few contractions), Friendly-direct (warm but brief), or Low-key professional (casual, dealership-floor style). This is your starting anchor — snippets refine it in the next step.

  3. Step 2 — Paste verbatim dealer replies

Copy two to three real public replies your team has already written on Google, DealerRater, or Cars.com. Paste them exactly as written — typos, punctuation, and sign-offs stay. They become the few-shot anchors the AI drafts lean on.

  4. Step 3 — Review and confirm the tone summary

Curbmark generates one sentence describing your dealer voice from the preset and snippets. Read it — if it sounds right, click "Save voice profile". If not, go back and tweak the snippets. The summary is also editable before saving.

  5. Re-run the wizard any time

Voice setup is not one-shot. Return to /onboarding/voice (or Dashboard → Settings → Voice profile) to update the tone as your dealership's style evolves. Each save overwrites the previous profile.

Workflow 3

Reading analytics and triggering the weekly digest

The Response analytics page shows how your team is performing across every review channel — and lets you email yourself a summary once a week.

  1. Open Response analytics

Navigate to Dealer → Response analytics (or /analytics/responses). You must be signed in as a dealer — the page is gated to your rooftop.

  2. Read the per-channel breakdown

One row per source channel (Google, DealerRater, Cars.com). Each row shows: total replies sent, FTC-verified share (replies tied to an auditable intake record), and approval rate (how often the AI draft was sent without edits). Numbers come from your persisted reply decisions, disputes, and audit log — they survive reload.

  3. Download a CSV

Click "Download CSV" to export the raw channel metrics as a spreadsheet. Use this for reporting to a GM, OEM, or compliance team.

  4. Trigger the weekly digest

Click "Email me this week's digest". Curbmark sends the channel breakdown to the contact email on file for your rooftop (set under Dashboard → Settings → notification email). The digest is throttled to once every seven days — if you triggered it recently, the button tells you when you next qualify.

  5. Update your notification email

If the digest is going to the wrong address, go to Dashboard → Settings and update the notification email field. The digest uses the rooftop contact email; if none is set it falls back to your sign-in email.
